Welcome to HVED Support

In order to better serve you and streamline requests for HVED support, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you may use to track the progress of your request online. For your reference, HVED stores complete archives and a history of all support requests. Your email address is required to submit a ticket and to facilitate communication.

A support request ticket is required for:
