The Birth to 3:Help Me Grow Program exists to provide families of infants and toddlers with in-home early intervention services, support and transition planning to preschool settings. This program facilitates interagency collaboration in providing services to young children with special needs and their families.

• In each district served, an Interagency Early Intervention Committee provides collaboration opportunities with various community agencies for parents of young children with disabilities or delays in each school district.
• Early Childhood Special Education Teachers/Coordinators are employed in HVED's North and South Clusters. These teachers facilitate interagency collaborations and provide in-home evaluation, early-intervention services, family support, transition planning to preschool settings, and referral to community resources.
